Andreas Pempetsios is been involved in lifesaving and rescue since 2005. His vision is to create more professional Lifeguards and Emergency First Responders ready for Fight to Save Lives which are at risk from water but also because of trauma and pathological problems.
In 2008, Andreas graduated from the University of Nicosia with the “Cum Laude” title for the BSc in Psychology. In 2012 he was promoted to the level of Examiner for the Cyprus Life Saving Federation. Same year, he graduated from the Cyprus School of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) conducted by the Ministry of Health, and in parallel he became an official CPR/AED/First Aid – Infant/Child/Adult Instructor for the EMERGENCY FIRST RESPONSE UK.
Later on, from 2015 until April 2016 he accomplished and achieved the EMT-P diploma in PPA International Medical in Aalborg - Denmark and did 336 hours of practicum in Hitna Pomoc (National Ambulance Services) Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Along with the philosophy of Socrates* in mind and a passion for self-development and knowledge in matters of pre-hospital health care and rescue, Andreas Pempetsios continues to study and pursue other emergency-care related advanced training and programs of study.
